Managing the Multigenerational Workforce

MSMA Announces 2017 Webinar Schedule ...

You’re invited! The MSMA National Board is excited to bring to the membership a way to learn through the MSMA Education Webinar Series. Through these Webinars, industry subject matter experts will share their knowledge and best practices with the MSMA membership on topics important to us in the mailing industry.  Each of our Webinars held in 2016 had a great turnout and wonderful feedback.

The focus of these webinars won’t be limited to just mail communications as we plan to include subject matter on management skills, personal development and other departments outside the mail center such as scanning and records.

These one hour webinars will occur semi-monthly,  at 3:00pm EST, 2:00pm CST, 12:00pm PST

Here is the schedule for 2017:

  • February 8th – Paul Kovlakas – How to Adapt and Thrive with the USPS Rate Changes and Modifications

  • April 20th – Paul Dreifuss – Customer Service:  Who Is To Blame?
