MDC Review and Exam - Fall MAILCOM 2026

MAILCOM and MSMA have teamed up to provide an amazing opportunity when you attend the Fall MAILCOM ‘2026 in Atlantic City MDC Certification focuses on classes of mail, mailpiece design, commercial mail preparation/requirements and extra services, and is a great opportunity for you to add even more value to your organization… along with a new certification to your resume!

The MDC Session & Exam will be held on Monday, September 28th(8:00am-12:00pm). Following a review session, you’ll have the opportunity to immediately take the open-book exam! The fee for this event is $110 for MSMA members and $135 for non-MSMA members and includes the review session, refreshments and the exam.

OSPC Level II - Review and Exam Fall MAILCOM Conference

The Office Services Professional Certification II (OSPC II), developed jointly by the Mail Systems Management Assocation (MSMA) and the Association of Office Service Professionals (AOSP), is an advanced-level certification designed to equip aspiring and current managers and supervisors in Office Services with essential leadership and interpersonal skills for today's complex work environment. Building on foundational office services knowledge, the OSPC II delves into advance topics such as Management Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Critical Thinking, and Navigating Difficult Conversations.

We will be offering this Certification during the Fall MAILCOM Conference in Atlantic City. There will be a 2 hour review and the opportunity to take the on-line Exam.
