Donna has over 15 years of mailing experience in the private sector before joining the USPS in 2008. Her team manages 50 of the USPS’s largest customers and is responsible for over $10 Billion in revenue annually. As an Acting Director, Strategic Accounts (National), Donna was recognized for initiatives to drive performance. Her managerial style of education, empowering and supporting her team has proven a winning formula. Her business philosophy is “how can I help you and your customers achieve success.”
