The presenter will be Jim Burns Operations Manager, Massachusetts General Hospital.

Mr. Burns has over 25 years of mailing experience with 20 years in the Healthcare field and 5 years in outsourcing.  He oversees Receiving and Mail Services for Massachusetts General. He holds industry certifications of CMDSM, EMCM, MDC, and MDP and is on the MSMA New England Board of Directors and the Greater Boston PCC Board of Directors  

Mr. Burns has been presenting at National Conferences since 2006.   Additionally, he has presented at the following conferences; The Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM), MailCom, National Postal Forum (NPF), The National Association of College and University Mail Services (NACUMS), and The Association of College & University Mail Services (ACUMS).
