Office Service Professionals (OSP) Certification Level I 

The Office Service Professionals Certification (OSPC) Level I is a training and certification process for industry individuals involved with domestic and international mail, administrative services, distribution, logistics, shipping/receiving, communications and more….. 

  OSP Certification focuses on Professionalism, Customer Service, Networking, Business Ethics and other basic Office Service Skills.   This is a great opportunity for you to add even more value to your organization… along with a new certification to your resume! 

The OSPC Virtual Review and Exam will be held on November 5th, 2026 from 11am - 1pm EST 

Following a review session, you’ll have the opportunity to immediately take the open-book exam! The fee for this event is $90/member $110/non-member and includes the review session and the exam.
