    The USPS Postage Price Increase is scheduled for July 12th.  In this session the overall increases by class will be reviewed, with a concentration on Marketing NP and Commercial Letter prices.  Impact studies using historical mail data will be presented

    Our presenter for this Webinar will be Steve Colella.  Steve is the Vice President of Postal Affairs for the Callmark Group.  He also serves on MTAC as well as the MSMA National Executive Board and MSMA Chicago Chapter Board

    OSPC Level II - Review and Exam Fall MAILCOM Conference

    The Office Services Professional Certification II (OSPC II), developed jointly by the Mail Systems Management Assocation (MSMA) and the Association of Office Service Professionals (AOSP), is an advanced-level certification designed to equip aspiring and current managers and supervisors in Office Services with essential leadership and interpersonal skills for today's complex work environment.  Building on foundational office services knowledge, the OSPC II delves into advance topics such as Management Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Critical Thinking, and Navigating Difficult Conversations.

    We will be offering this  Certification during the Fall MAILCOM Conference in Atlantic City.  There will be a 2 hour review and the opportunity to take the on-line Exam.
