He oversees all operational aspects of the company, ensuring seamless execution of IT and branding projects while driving strategic growth in the commercial contracting sector. He is also the Executive Director of Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA), a member of Greater Baltimore Postal Customer Council (GBPCC), and PCCAC Strategic Innovation and PCC Policy Committee.
Floyd holds a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM).
