  In this session we will discuss the key concepts involved with preparing for and delivering an engaging, impactful presentations.  This will involve conversations around establishing the proper mindset, organizing/structuring content, ensuring an engaging environment, and improving audience retention.  Research has shown, up to 92% of people surveyed agree that excellent presentation skills are crucial to work success and 79% of people surveyed believe most presentations are terrible and boring.  (January 20, 2026 article published by Passive Secrets, 35 Interesting Public Speaking Statistics & Fear Facts 2026).  Whether you consider yourself an expert public speaker or genuinely fear public speaking, it's worth investing some time in this element of professional competency.

  Trevor Ward is a Senior Manager with Zebra’s Global Enablement Center. He has spent over 20 years empowering various professionals with knowledge, skills, and new perspectives, with the past eight years, focused on sales professionals at Zebra Technologies.   We will then discuss a real-world case of how a local government agency used AI to complete a scanning project in 1/3 the cost and time.  This agency as bigger plans now that they can handle more jobs with less people and we'll see how that's progressing after 1 year of using AI for their inbound scanning projects
