Our speaker Raymond Holmes, will provide a blueprint for individuals aspiring to carve out a successful career in Mail Services, highlighting the progression from foundational roles to positions of greater responsibility and influence within the industry.

Raymond Holmes is an Operations Manager at TMG. Raymond has positive 30 year history of leadership roles with the mailing industry, providing services to a variety of companies, with the majority of his experience within Financial and Legal markets.   Raymond also serves as Director at Large , for the MSMA. During his career, he has produced millions in cost savings for a client at a Fortune 100 company, and mentored multiple employees into leadership roles. Raymond is active in the Local PCC in Charlotte NC, and is a current Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM).  Raymond brings an high level of expertise in Facilities and Office Services Management, with a passion for following processes. In Raymond’s spare time he enjoys home improvement projects and sports. Raymond also enjoys supporting Downs Syndrome Foundations to show support for his son.
