Mail Tracking Webinar:

Informative session to understand the process of tracking USPS mail – a value added Direct Mail service offered by utilizing standard Informed Visibility scans in various environment.  Additionally, learn the benefits of enhancing your customer’s experience with access to the interactive portal.  This session includes information related to ACS (Address Correction Services) and the benefits these services provide related to the delivery of the mail and/or returned mail.

 

Our Presenter for this Webinar will be Shanda Mathis, MDP 

Shanda Mathis is a Product Engineer and works to support Taylor as a Sr. Direct Mail SME.  Shanda has over 20 years in the Direct Mail industry, including 14 years of experience at Taylor Corporation.  She helps to guide Taylor’s operations and production teams with deep postal expertise.

Beyond daily responsibilities, Shanda is the DM Industry Co-Chair for the Greater Atlanta Postal Customer Council, has been certified as a Mailpiece Design Consultant for over 12 years with Mail Systems Management certification.  She also holds a position on the National PCC HQ Education Sub-Committee, helping deliver USPS-endorsed webinars to mail professionals nationwide. She regularly attends USPS HQ MTAC meetings to represent Taylor.
