In this webinar, we’ll explore the one thing that can transform how we live and connect with others: understanding the impact we have on those around us. Our words, actions, and presence often carry more weight than we realize, whether at work, at home, or in everyday interactions. Through reflection, storytelling, and practical insights, participants will gain tools to recognize and embrace their influence. While considered a soft skill, this awareness strengthens communication, leadership, and connection. The session offers a chance to slow down and become more intentional in how we show up in the world.

Our presenter Oleg Lougheed is a highly sought-after speaker and the founder of Moments Worth Remembering, who has turned some of his life's hardest moments into lessons and gifts to learn from. Inspired by John Kralik’s, "365 Thank Yous", he transformed a childhood marked by loss and separation into a mission to help others heal and see the good in every experience. Guided by gratitude, Oleg inspires audiences to forgive, connect, and appreciate the people who shape their lives.
