2026 Postal Regulatory And Legislative Outlook

What's  in store in 2026 on the postal regulatory and legislative front?  The Postal Regulatory Commission(PRC) will be continuing its review of the USPS rate system as well as other proceedings that may significantly impact the USPS and its stakeholders.  A new Postal Caucus has formed in Congress to focus on the USPS, and is already at work introducing legislation, while other bills are progessing which could have a significant impact on the Postal service and mail volumes.  This webinar will provide an update on these activities and more!

Our presenter for this Session will be Kathy J. Siviter, Executive Director of the Alliance of Nonprofit Mailers.  She was elected to this position effective October 1st, 2025.  Prior to that, she served as Assistant Executive Director of the National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM) for seven years.  She has was the President of Postal Consulting Services, Inc, which provided consulting services to industry associations, businesses, and suppliers within the mailing industry
