Using AI In Place of Traditional Scanning Software to expand opportunities for digitization in the Mail Center

During this session, we'll review the current offerings from major companies such as Google, Amazon and Microsoft.

We will then discuss a real-world case of how a local government agency used AI to complete a scanning project in 1/3 the cost and time.  This agency as bigger plans now that they can handle more jobs with less people and we'll see how that's progressing after 1 year of using AI for their inbound scanning projects
