OSPC Level II - Review and Exam Fall MAILCOM Conference

The Office Services Professional Certification II (OSPC II), developed jointly by the Mail Systems Management Assocation (MSMA) and the Association of Office Service Professionals (AOSP), is an advanced-level certification designed to equip aspiring and current managers and supervisors in Office Services with essential leadership and interpersonal skills for today's complex work environment.  Building on foundational office services knowledge, the OSPC II delves into advance topics such as Management Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Critical Thinking, and Navigating Difficult Conversations.

We will be offering this  Certification during the Fall MAILCOM Conference in Atlantic City.  There will be a 2 hour review and the opportunity to take the on-line Exam.
